Happy New Year from Kenya to all our family and friends!

We trust that you all had a blessed Christmas season, and that those of you in the north are enjoying the winter weather for us :) We actually saw snow at the beginning of December! We traveled to the foot of Mt. Kenya, and were awed by the spectacle of the snow capped mountain rising 15,000 feet above us!

We are all doing well and looking forward to the start of the second term of the school year this coming Tuesday. Among the things we are looking forward to this term (in addition to teaching our classes):

* Teaching a 9th grade girls Sunday School class.

* The walls are up on the new computer classrooms, and I have many purchasing decisions to make to equip them for the next school year.

* Rewriting the computer curriculum for grades 1 to 12 (a huge job!)

* Preparing for my new roll as Computer Department Head.

* Sharon is beginning to make preparations for the school musical to be performed third term.

* Ben is looking forward to playing Tennis Baseball after school (last term his soccer team was undefeated during the regular season!)

* Continuing to work on building relationships with people in the local community (& improving our Swahili!)
